Longtime Connellsville Area Family Physician Joins Excela Health Medical Group

GREENSBURG, September 18, 2020 … Gina Canada, DO, longtime family medicine physician in the Connellsville area, welcomes patients to a new office location at Chattahoochee Square, 2618 Memorial Blvd, Suite B, Connellsville, as a part of Excela Health Family Medicine.
Dr. Canada has been serving the residents of her native Fayette County for the
past 13 years and is among the newest members of the Excela Health Medical Group,
an ever-expanding array of physicians providing primary and specialty care to patients
in southwestern Pennsylvania in association with Excela’s three hospitals in
Greensburg, Latrobe, and Mount Pleasant.
Dr. Canada earned her medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, after which she completed her internship and residency at the Medical Center, Inc in Beaver, PA. She is pleased to join Excela Health and continue caring for her community. "Family medicine is the foundation that good health is built on. Dr. Canada is joined by nurse practitioner Ashley Tucholski, CRNP, and physician assistant Kimberlee Suter, PA-C at the Chattahoochee Square location. Patients in the Connellsville area also can utilize the Excela Health QuikDraw for blood
