Philosophy of Care

I was drawn to medicine at an early age out of an attraction to the idea of helping people live the healthiest lives that they can. As I have practiced in this field, I have learned that although medical treatments and interventions can be very helpful, healthy choices and stress management often play the more important role in maintaining health. I love to spend time with people and helping them learn ways to keep their body healthier, or to heal from injuries they have undergone. I have been blessed to practice the full scope of family medicine, from obstetrical care to pediatrics to geriatrics, and I enjoy watching families grow through the years as I partner with them to maintain optimal health.
