Philosophy of Care

My cardiovascular practice is dedicated to placing the patient first, with an emphasis on shared decision-making. I strive to approach each patient with curiosity, and a spirit of inquiry. I want to cultivate a personalized plan of care for my patients, taking into account not just their medical diagnoses, but also their social and occupational history. Furthermore, I emphasize guideline-driven therapy, being mindful of the latest data and trials. Lastly, I am a strong advocate of patient education - specifically regarding their diagnosis, and the reasons for selecting a certain plan of care.
