This is a CPR class for community members that teaches Adult/Child/Infant CPR and use of an AED, appropriate for lay responders. You will NOT receive a card with this training. Class size is limited, recommended minimum age of 12, younger possibly with approval. $15 per person payable with cash or check the night of class.

In this class, you will learn the benefits of breastfeeding for mom and baby, positioning tips for an effective latch, how making milk works, how to tell if baby is getting enough, and breastfeeding/pumping when returning to work.
Mothers are encouraged to bring a baby doll. Pre-registration required. Your Support Person does NOT need to register.

This class is now VIRTUAL and meets on Microsoft TEAMS and focuses on the medical interventions used during labor and delivery. It provides information on medications used in labor, including epidurals and other medications for pain relief, labor inductions and Cesarean delivery. This class is FREE for the virtual session. Register to receive the link. 

Wellness Checks are an affordable community multiphasic blood analysis available to all community members. This panel blood test is an out of pocket cost. Independence Health System partners with the Rotary, Kiwanis and volunteer fire departments to present these screenings as a benefit to our community and those we serve. 33 Panel Blood Test Starting at $60

The support you need is here. Join us for a peer-led support group for people living with arthritis, their friends, family and caregivers.
The Kickoff Event begins with Dr. Thomas Muzzonigro, Orthopedic Surgeon with Tri Rivers Musculoskeletal Centers. The event is FREE but registration is required. Please register by March 24 through one of the following ways:

Join Independence Health System Mall Walkers at Westmoreland Mall in the food court. The doors open at 7:45 a.m. Dr. Adam Burke, Family Medicine Physician, will present 'Is It Allergies or A Cold?' at 8:20 a.m. After the presentation, you'll have the chance to ask questions and walk through the mall to get your steps in!
There is no cost to join. Meetings take place the fourth Thursday of each month, March through October and the third Thursday in November.
