• Physician-led presentation on bariatric and weight loss options begins promptly at 6 p.m.
• One-on-one time with clinical dietitians 5 to 5:50 p.m.

This live in person class will provide information and practice time on techniques used to provide comfort for a natural birth including massage, breathing, hydrotherapy, relaxation, and much more. Also includes information on postpartum recovery and what to expect the first 6 weeks after you have your baby. $30 per pair. 

Payments will be collected the night of the class as a check or exact cash.

Meet in the lobby of Westmoreland Hospital where a staff member will greet you then take you on a tour of the maternity unit. You will be able to see the unit and ask your guide questions. Schedule as a couple.

This two-day course is designed for those that do not hold a current AHA ACLS certification. The class is held from 9am - 3pm each day. The cost is $150

This course is designed for those holding a current AHA ACLS certification. The cost of the class for non-IHS employees is $150.00/student.

This is a 3-hour class for anyone who is considering breastfeeding. A lot of information is covered in this class, including: benefits to breastfeeding, how breast milk is made, proper technique, ways to support the breastfeeding mom, tips and tricks to make breastfeeding successful, common concerns with breastfeeding, potential problems, and information about pumping and storing breastmilk. Participants will receive a booklet, informational pamphlets, flyers, and/or samples. This class can help participants decide if breastfeeding is right for them. Each participant is encouraged to bring a significant other. Patients are required to pay $40. Please pay with cash or check in person. We currently do not have the capability of collecting the payment with a credit or debit card, but that option is coming soon. Financial assistance is available. 11 spots are available for each class.

This is a 3-hour LIVE Virtual class for anyone who is considering breastfeeding. Patients are required to pay $40. If you choose to attend a class virtually, you will need to pre-register by calling our office at 844-765-2845. Once you have pre-registered and paid for the class, the information handed out in class will be mailed to you and you will receive a Microsoft Teams link to join the LIVE Virtual class for your chosen date. Financial assistance is available.
