David Dillon
Chief Integration Officer SVP Business Development
David Dillon brings more than 30 years of financial management and business
development experience to his role as Chief Integration Officer &
SVP of Business Development at Independence Health System. In this role,
Dillon is responsible for leading integration efforts across the health
system and collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify areas
of opportunity to develop strategies that foster growth and increase efficiency.
Dillon began his career in investment banking for Mid-Atlantic Capital
Group, Inc, where he was lead advisor in debt placements, mergers &
acquisitions, and valuations for middle-market clients. In 1993, he co-
founded the healthcare technology company MED3000 Group, Inc., where he
was Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and member of the
Board of Directors. In 2008, Dillon founded Wesley Capital Holdings, LLC,
which provides advisory services, analysis of private equity investment
opportunities, and consulting services to private companies regarding
merger and acquisition transactions in the healthcare and biotech industries.
Dillon received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Virginia
and a master’s in business administration from Harvard University.
He currently resides in Pittsburgh with his wife and three children.
